I am a nutrition & fitness coach, certified through the National Association of Sports Medicine. I help people create foundational nutrition, exercise, and sleeping habits that serve them for the rest of their lives. I truly LOVE the coaching relationship, and it feels amazing to see my clients achieve their health goals.
My dream is to help people realize their full physical & mental potential, and enjoy the process. I want to see everyone, from the young committed athlete...to the retiree trying to age well...and everyone in-between, live active, vibrant lives. I want to give you more healthy and active years spent with your friends, your family, kids, grand-kids, great-grandkids. Less time worrying about your diet, your weight, your heart health, and future medical problems.
